Office Hours
Before Your Visit
Avoid Tweezing or Waxing
Do not tweeze, wax, or use depilatory creams for at least 2 weeks before your appointment. Shaving is fine.
Clean Skin
Come with clean skin, free of makeup, lotion, or sunscreen in the treatment area.
Stay Hydrated
Well-hydrated skin responds better to treatment. Drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your appointment.
Avoid Sun Exposure
Avoid prolonged sun exposure or tanning for 48 hours before your treatment.
Arrive on Time
Please arrive a few minutes early for your first appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
After Your Visit
Avoid Sun & Heat
Avoid direct sun exposure, saunas, and hot showers for 24–48 hours after treatment.
No Touching
Avoid touching or scratching the treated area to prevent irritation or infection.
Gentle Cleansing
Cleanse the area gently with a mild, fragrance-free cleanser. Avoid harsh products for 24 hours.
SPF Protection
Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen to treated areas when going outdoors.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We understand that life happens — please call us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
